Keeping it Simple!

In order for us to write the best possible website copy we need to know some basic stuff about your company.

Please answer the following ten questions to help us write successful marketing copy. It won’t take long and we are happy to help you or talk you through it if needed.


1) What are the specific objectives of your website?

(eg.. increase sales, brand/product awareness, try your product/service, list information about your product/service so you can refer people to your website)


2. Do you want to include a tag line? (i.e. company slogan).  If so, please enter your tag line below.


3. Who are you trying to reach? (describe your target audience i.e. age, sex, lifestyle, attitude, product usage)


4. What do you want your target audience to do when they see your website?(action i.e. try your products/services, contact you, visit your store)


5. What do you want them to think about your products/services when they see your website? 

(eg. “what good value”, “it’s just what I’ve been looking for”)


6.  What image do you want to project?

(eg. friendly, sophisticated, traditional, modern, serious, exclusive, inexpensive, etc)


7.  What factors set your company apart from the competition? (price, quality, service, etc)


8.  Who are your main competitors? 

(name of company, how do they rank compared to your company? how do they differ?)


9.  What are the mandatory inclusions (stockists, phone numbers etc)


10. Do you have any document files (Word, PowerPoint, etc) or any other information or collateral (i.e. brochures) that could help us to
learn more about your company or assist us in producing web content for your site?   Please upload any relevant files for us to review
